Approaching the city from Forlorn Reach you find that it is packed with houses and small chapels associated with multiple religions and practices. Mostly the races are split out with the more humanoid races in Forlorn Reach, darker and eviler in Bayside Foonork which is more run down, and Elmfield other religions not as typical, but don't fall under the "evil" category. For the most part, everyone keeps to themselves and the city is littered with war forged. The grand priest Riament runs the city along with a council of advisors and turned it into a bastion of religious freedom. As long as no harm befalls another you will not be persecuted for following your religious desires. Any deviation from the written law (especially violence) results in immediate jail (magic barriers included), trial by the grand priest and his council, and depending on the outcome: banishment, self-repentence (physical or mental), or death. In order to become an acolyte, priest, or any form of religious proceeds you must journey here. There are no weapon smiths, armor smiths, magic item traders, or anything else of the sort located here. There is a master alchemist and a spell scripter, but that's it from the ways of adventuring go; most adventurers avoid this city unless they have party members that seek guidance from their god/dess in which there are a couple of inns strategically placed.
