calrgan are sought-after also because their meat is rich tender and delicious calrgan ribs are the meat of choice in many a noble feast. Calrgan meat takes hours in boiling hot oil to bring out its tender side, for example, you could take a bite out of pan-fried calrgan and it may taste good but it would be like taking a bite out of a leather jacket.
