Hearthstone

This ornately carved stone is about 10 cm long and has a spiral on it's front face. It in itself looks like an ordinary carved stone. It can be carried in a pouch or bag, or worn as a necklace, tied around a weapon, etc. Once activated the spiral glows a vibrant cyan blue color.
It has 1 charge. While carrying it, you can channel the stone for 1 minute and expend 1 charge to teleport yourself to your previously designated hearth.
This item must be left in a lit hearth for a full week in order to regain it's charge or attune to a new hearth. The fire does not need to be large but it does need to be continuous. After such time the Hearthstone is linked to the earth and when used will return you to that hearth within a 15 foot radius. If the hearth is destroyed the hearthstone will not work until attuned to a new hearth using the same process.
