PLOT: Hjaltar Central Returns

Hjalter central returns on Ostara before Ragnarok.
It's lead by Kintsugi. She will arrive back alongside a couple of old adventurers, the most notable being Circe and Pokli Sanura. They will ask to retrieve Rokuda Anri, as he has a hearthstone modification that allows a mount to be stored inside of it.
Circe and Pokli Sanura will go after QUEST: Smoky Point. Driving away Frerloig, champion of the red, and granting them flying mounts (giant eagles), they've acquired this resource with the elves.
