A small goblin camp is just being setup here. Being led by 2 Hobgoblins. There are a total of 16 goblins in the encampment who have different patrols and locations.

There's instructions on a letter written in goblin:

go 1 day north-west, over the stone bridge and then one day to the south-west before setting up camp. From there lies a settlement 2 days to the north-west that they can hunt and steal from. But be careful not to setup camp too close.
