On the first level of the mountains within the treetops of the last big trees of the treeline up the side of the mountain lies a large Peryton birdnest abandoned. Inside are 2 rotting eggs along with a couple dozen feathers. But also a broken copper and brass mechanism that contained a deep blue crystal that lies separate.
Presenting this broken flux battery to Thursday will peak his interest but once he finds out it was the eastern border will no longer care. Vidar will buy the mechanism for 20 gp but barter up to 70 gp for it. Once she bought the crystal she will fund a new quest for a working flux battery.
