QUESTLINE: Hel Portals

Hel has ordered for expansion and thus has placed outposts with portals that need to be closed with a dispel magic or a Rift Sealing Spike. These portals open at sundown and can be entered in order to be transported to Hel Country's frontline barracks.
Portal frames can be opened using portal stones to their desired destination.
