Bahamut, the Dragon King

Bahamut was the final God to join the pantheon. He was born alongside Seiryu in the First Brood, but was not a God like his elder brother. It is not known whether Bahamut joined the fight between Tiamat and Seiryu, as there are conflicting accounts.

Later, the Forgotten God, Etro's husband, would fall in the Battle of the Crimson Gate. Bahamut would take up his sword and inherit his title and become King. Bahamut launched a glorious crusade and drove back the Demodands from whence they came, sealing the Crimson Gate.

Bahamut would join the pantheon as a protector and heavenly judge of Mankind. His worshippers are devout followers that study law and governance, city design, and warfare. The Order of Bahamut was established where select warriors are chosen to receive Bahamut's blessing if the can prove themselves worthy through his crucibles. He is most associated with his inherited element Light, and his symbol is that of a flaming sword with a dragon eye upon the hilt.
