Beira, the Lady of Ice

Beira was the last to emerge from the well. She closely resembles a willowy Hume woman frozen in ice. Her footsteps leave a trail of frost and she is responsible for Summer changing to Winter, allowing the land to rest. She is married to Ravana who helps her spread her frigid touch, ushering families indoors together to huddle for warmth. Her worshippers are village counselors, shamans, parents, and anyone with close ties to their family. Some see her as harsh and cold while others see her as a benevolent figure bringing people together during difficult times and a goddess of love. She is most associated with Ice and her symbol is that of a diamond snowflake.
