High Elf

The High Elves are a civilized subgroup of Elves whose magic is extremely advanced and whose Xenophobia is their defining characteristic. Their nations are viewed as enemies by the Empire and they are very rare outside of their home nations.
For a physical description see the PHB, but generally in this world High Elves' xenophobic attitude gives them an alignment similar to Lawful Evil, Indifferent Evil, or Pragmatic Indifferent.
The High Elven nations are: Fennein, Kolthis, and Thalassa.
