Most Janni speak Ingenue, and loanwords from the Janni dialect use lots of sharp consonants.

Shared customary codes and values

While Janni are infamous as sky pirates, their pioneering contribution to the trade is "Rakka", literally, "Crewsmanship". It's a sense of extreme obligation that defers all others until the job is done. This can make Janni seem "flighty", when really a typical Janni follow the same codes of individual face and obligation that all Din share, just at very high rates of speed and with little prior explanation.
In Rakka, Your crew is your life. It's a common notion for all Din, but it takes an even-greater meaning in the sky, where the possibility of death is immediately evident.
They're a highly cooperative bunch of people, and only double-cross or betray with utmost hesitation.
