The Dragons came together to fabricate a power strong enough to raise a barrier between the battling gods.

As the battle between the gods Nova and Tempra continued, hope seemed all but lost. That was until a great golden dragon named Ranshaw called upon the other dragons of the land.   Together, they set out to create something powerful enough to shield Gravitus from the destruction.   One hundred dragons came together before Ranshaw to help protect the land. A sacrifice of their lives and their essence imbued into artifacts of great power took place.   The first item they forged was an amulet with a large, deep red gem. The gem glowed with an intense heat, and it was said to contain the power of the dragons in its purest form.   The second item was a talisman, fashioned from pure gold. the talisman was infused with the power to bend fate.   The third item they created was a circlet, made from a rare, ancient wood and adorned with sapphires. It was infused with the wisdom and intelligence of the dragons. It is said that anyone who wears the circlet is gifted with immense knowledge.   Fourth, a platinum Charm of a dragon's fist holding a large aquamarine gem was created. This Charm is rumored to tap into the power of the God of Chaos herself.   Finally, the dragons forged a ring, made from the purest of metals and adorned with a glittering diamond. The dragons infused the ring with their own speed and agility.   Together, these five items made up The Adornment, the most powerful set of magical artifacts ever created. It was said that their power combined could bend reality. Ranshaw took up The Adornment, and weilded a power beyond comprehension. With it, he raised a barrier between the two warring gods, so that they could no longer bring destruction upon the land.   Gravitus was saved from destruction, thanks to the sacrifice of the one hundred dragons, and the power of The Adornment.   For the first time in many years, the people of Gravitus could breathe a sigh of relief. Ranshaw was now remembered as "The Magus." After use, the Adornment artifacts scattered themselves across Gravitus, the current location of them is unknown.
