Valerian War Time currency Act of 385
This act forbids coinage to be sent to the front line of military conflict, has to maintain the royal treasury to a reasonable level without have wealth be diverted to the ennemy.
This act also provided that military personel both from the land forces and navy may be paid in paper format with a copper certificate, upon wich the amount of copper coin that can be exchanged for the certificate.
The original Copper certificate where marked has 386 has the mint assumed that the war would last longer than it did in actuality, said certificates are displayed below.
