Valerian War Time currency Act of 431

This act forbids coinage to be sent to the front line of military conflict, has to maintain the royal treasury to a reasonable level without have wealth be diverted to the ennemy.
This act also provided that military personel both from the land forces and navy may be paid in paper format with a copper certificate, upon wich the amount of copper coin that can be exchanged for the certificate.
Said certificates are displayed below,this act introduced the 50 and 100 copper certificate to reduce the amount of paper to be sent at once.
