From the engineering & construction of her monumental size, Menithil Harbor stands as a modern marvel of the world. The second largest city in Elysium , only marginally trumped by the capital High Guard itself. Considered the port capital of Elysium, it's hailed as the heart of trade for the continent, both import & export.

Menithil Royal Family

Currently ruled by Lord Yeager Menithil of the Menithil Royal Family. The Menithil Royal Family was one of the ten that historically established the original settlement that grew into the marvel it is today. The Menithil Royal family rules in the stead of King Reginald Freewind of the Elysium Kingdom.

Military District

The military district is comprised of the northern docks, and the immediate area surrounding it. Used primarily as a naval base, it houses to 2/3rds of the Elysium Navy.
