Pho Realm Emporium

The Pho Realm Emporium is a demi-plane connected to The Undying Valley. This small plane is just large enough for a creaky, wooden building and a courtyard out front, overlooked by a giant, permanent full moon. Outside the building, a sign in bright neon green exclaims "Pho Realm Emporium: Everything in stock, for a price".
The proprietor, Pho, is a Nagpa, told to be expelled from every other plane by the Raven Queen herself. Pho is cunning, manipulative, and will under no circumstance give any discount. She's more likely to crank up the price if you show much interest in an item. 
Pho Realm Imporium is not a place to casually offer your services. Creatures lurk outside, praying on innocents to trade or steal from. Other patrons browse the shelves, either in fear of touching anything at all (and having to pay for it) or waiting for the right customer to sell their alternative goods to. Either way, it doesn't end well.
