Session 33: Meeting The Red Shroud Report

General Summary

Our heroes started the session leaving the camp of The Doom Eternals and heading into Broken Reach with Drakix. On route it starts raining blood, which is gross, a flock deer-like creatures, fly over, they take a long rest, there are random screams, a drone of 4 huge bee creatures attack, and lashes of the sun hit the land and they all take pain. Right before arriving at Broken Reach, Pazuzu himself flies over the gang with his vrock entourage and shoots off to the north west.
They arrive at Broken Reach and a kenku tries stealing Bearbera. After deciding what to do they visit Red Shroud, and she entertains them. They explain their predicament and she's sympathetic, but wants something in return. They offer Bearbera but she's not interested in getting in between them and Charon so declines the bear. They give her the mirror of anxiety and the ivory goat statue and she's happy to accept that for an audience.
They don't have anything they can offer her right now, but she's interested in Uril's waypoint. She takes him on a little tour to Azzagrat and reappears a minute later - Uril's face is white and he's shaken. The only thing she will help them for is a vial of a rare poison. After seeing what Uril is capable of and where this is going, she wants nothing to do with that, but will take them there for a vial of Aldinach's poison.
With this knowledge, they head for a pint to talk it over. The barkeep talks to a local about some cats breaking into Pazuzu's Roost and some idiots helped them get in on The River Styx. If Pazuzu ever finds them then there'll be trouble. They finish their purple foaming pints and head back to Drakix.
Drakix is pleased that there's a solution but worried at what the solution is. They make their way back to his camp and rest on the way too. They spend little time at camp and continue south towards the river. At the canyons entrance Zadarr notices someone hiding, scurries up the wall to the top and find The Taxman and his men. FIIIIIIGHT.
We leave it there with the enemies almost defeated, but one archer has chosen to start running. Where is he going??
