Session 48: The Cliffbeach Saga Part 4 Report

General Summary

Our heroes started mid-fight at the church...

• The priest polymorphs into a giant eagle and flees, with the priestess on his back
• Everyone chases them down and manage to defeat them
• Kevan and Joe fall in the water and need to rest on the rocks at the cliff edge
• Everyone else goes down to the crypt to rest and leaves the church to burn
• They eventually meet up and visit an abandoned storage room and get tons of gear and loot
• The next lead takes them to a rat corpse, where there are two runic, hairless hounds with no eyes. They fight and defeat the beasts, and Jovial gets real tired.

We leave it there in the evening, after one exhaustion check.
