The Five Rings of The Diamond Sun

These five legendary rings are told to harness unique and unrivalled power, comparable to that of a demi-god. Few have found all five in a lifetime, only for the rings to uncouple themselves from the bearer's hand (taking the fingers with them) and disappear through five different portals, to locations unknown. We know not if the rings can ever be donned by a single entity.
Alone, each ring has no impact on the bearer and may as well be considered entirely non-magical.
