The Gargoyle's Remorse

A gargoyle head that has black liquid flowing from its eye-sockets into its mouth, no matter the orientation. As an action, the holder speaks the command word and the target (within 10 feet) must make a DC14 WIS saving throw. On failure, it will heal the holder at the expense of the nearby target, doing 2d6 necrotic damage, which heals the holder by the same amount. If no target is found, the damage is done to the holder.
