Artisan’s Hat

Appearance - A metallic bowler hat, that continually alternates in colour, e.g. bronze, copper, chrome, etc.
Function - When wearing the hat for the first time, the character gains proficiency in an artisan's tool, or arcana, of their choice. Whenever a character advances to a level that increases their proficiency score (i.e. 5, 9, 13, and 17) they may gain another such proficiency.
