Humphrey Bottlegrub

A gnome male, about 200 years old. He has a short white beard, wears a red bowler hat, and a burgundy waistcoat and bright green shirt. He is well spoken and quite excitable. He owns a market stall, Bottlegrub's Peculiar Ware, which sells elixirs, balms, lotions, etc. but also (for the right customers) magic potions, scrolls, items and formulas.
