Lavender Falls Monolith

The monument is carved from pale granite and well polished. It consists of a plinth, that is about 18 inches high and 5 feet square, and a 4 sided column which is a foot wide at the base, 8 feet tall and tapers slightly. On the side facing north west is an engraved symbol. This is an 8 pointed star, about 12 inches from top to bottom.
