Lavender Ridge Monolith

The monument is carved from pale granite and well polished. It consists of a plinth, that is about 3 feet high and 10 feet square, and a 4 sided column which is 2 feet wide at the base, 16 feet tall and tapers slightly. On each side of the column are engraved symbols. These are 8 pointed stars about 12 inches from top to bottom. There is a fifth engraving on the south side of the plinth, which is about 8 inches tall.
