The Sailor's Code

All crew serving on a ship that sails the Sword Coast must follow the Sailor's Code...

• Every crew member is to have an equal share in any treasure found.
• Killing a surrendered enemy is not allowed.
• The Captain's directions must be followed.
• Anyone can request a parley with the ship's captain, to discuss and negotiate, without being attacked until the parley is complete.
• Whenever a sailor is to be marooned, they are to be given food, water, and a bottle of poison with one dose.
