Sling, Stick

This weapon is made from a flexible tree branch, about two feet long and no more than an inch in diameter. A notch is cut a few inches from the far end of the stick. The user places a disk-shaped piece of flint, 2-3 inches in diameter, in the notch. Whipping the stick flings the disk at a remarkable speed.
