Apparatus of Kwalish

It is unknown what this item is but it is known that it is made by Kwalish, a great planar mage who disappeared some time ago. Some search for it hoping that it will help them find what they are looking for. Others search for it out of curiosity and still others search believing it will give them immense power.
It has recently been learned that this vessel is one for inter-planar travel. Creature dredged it from the depths of La Recif Brulant where it sat on the floor of the ocean for some amount of years. Though there are some dents and damages, it should still work as intended. If nothing else, Kwalish should be able to fix it up no problem.
