Basic Information

Genetics and Reproduction

Often households are full of multiple brothers and sisters due to religious reasons. Their reproduction happens quickly with pregnancy lasting only about 4-5 months

Ecology and Habitats

They often live in burrows amongst grassy planes or tall fields. They prefer open areas to stretch their legs and are rarely seen near the ocean.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Most harengon are herbivores living off the land they cultivate. They eat a lot so their farms are often large and bountiful. 
Some harengon may become acclimated to eating meat over time. But once it becomes a regular thing for them, they are shunned by their community and looked down upon.

Civilization and Culture

Culture and Cultural Heritage

Most harengon follow the common god Chauntea, the goddes of fertility.  As such, their culture resolves around many of the tenants of other followers throughout Greyhawk.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions

They are generally untrusting of Aaracokra.
