Once an abandoned river ferry about four hours row up river from Saltmarsh. With the help and blessing of Wellgar, Bernie renovated it, even scrapping the matching abandoned Ferryhouse on the opposite shore and turning that into its own brewing room. The main field is an open-air courtyard with an old tattered sail as a shade strung between the two roofs. Bernie and Hedrick, another orphan from Seaton who came to live and was trained by Wellgar, both sleep in the boathouse next to the barge. Hedrick is 17 and feels ready to take over the business.
