Shambling Mound
Hush now, youngling. Lest you were to awaken the rage that is the Shambling Mound and be absorbed in your sleep. - Bullywog Parent
These carnivorous plant creatures are freaks of nature, brought into existence through sheer anomalies in nature. Angry and moving, they often find themselves in areas where many smaller creatures may be ambushed and taken advantage of. Rarely, they are seen with small armadas of vine-like beings that follow them and do their bidding.

Uses, Products & Exploitation
Some wizards and mages have been able to find uses out of the core of the shambling mound as well as the vines that compose its body. However, they are so few and far between that they have not been properly documented.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
They appear to have some sort of blind sight based on their innate ability to communicate with vegetation. They can sense creatures moving from a short distance.
Conservation Status
They need no outside protection and are, in fact, very bad for local ecosystems.
