Armies of Bissel

As befits is martial nature and Lawful aspect, the army of the March of Bissel is very well-organized. It consists of eight Border Companies (4 regulars and 4 reserve units). Each Border Company consists of the following:

• 225 medium infantry with pole arms (fauchard-fork), wearing chainmail

• 300 pikemen

• 225 medium crossbowmen, wearing chainmail

• 250 medium cavalry with lance and flail or sword, wearing chainmail and shield

In addition, those companies on active duty on the border also have 50 light infantry with sword, acting as scouts.

Most feudal-period medieval miniatures would be suitable for the border companies of Bissel.
