This square tower is so-named because of the razor-sharp stone edges of the construction and the weapon enchantments crafted by its resident mage, Gennen. After the events at Hellstone, Cranzer decided against trying to force the mage into servitude and settled for a deal which provided enchanted weapons for his officers. Gennen supplies one +1 weapon per month, one +2 every two months or one +3 every three months in return for being left alone and paid with supplies food and some raw materials for his work. Gennen is a highly unusual man in that he appears as a pureblood Flan, but he only communicates with Iuz's forces through his gnome craftsman/apprentice and is very rarely seen.
