Extra Action Surge

You can use Action Surge more often than normal.

Prerequisite: Fighter level 9.

Benefit: When you have already expended all uses of your Action Surge feature, you can use Action Surge one additional time.

When combat ends, you suffer one level of exhaustion (as described in appendix A of the PHB). Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
