There is a fully furnished cellar below the Grand Citadel. It is intended as a retreat for the city's rich and powerful in the event of some disaster. The rest of us will be left to fend for ourselves. Some say they also have enough treasure to buy a small country, or pay a city's ransom, collected and hidden down there. (Can be confirmed)
