Hamstring
You slash the tendons behind a creature's leg when you use Sneak Attack with a slashing weapon, crippling it temporarily.
Prerequisite: Rogue, slashing weapon.
Benefit: You treat light slashing weapons (handaxe, sickle) as finesse weapons.
Additionally, on your turn, after a successful sneak attack hit with a slashing weapon, you can forgo 1d6 sneak attack damage and attempt to temporarily cripple the creature struck. The creature is allowed a Constitution saving throw to negate the effect. The DC is equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier. If the creature fails its saving throw, it can't use reactions, its speed is halved, and it can' t make more than one attack on its turn. In addition, the creature can use either an action or a bonus action on its turn, but not both. These effects last for 1 minute. The creature is allowed a new saving throw at the end of each of its turns.
Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
