Certain items, like rare furs, jewelry, or ornamental crests, are considered to
be luxuries. Their purchase is taxed a further copper piece per silver piece of
price. Thus, someone buying a fine fur coat would be required to pay the
normal Consumption Tax and then the Luxury Tax on top of it.
