Prerequisites: The ability to cast spells

You are a master of close-up magic. You gain the following benefits:

*Increase your Dexterity or Charisma by 1, to a maximum of 20.

*You gain proficiency in Sleight of Hand.

*Being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn't impose disadvantage on your ranged spell attack rolls.
