Orc

Ocs are an irascible and warlike race who rarely shy away from a fight and delight in seeing their enemies fall.

Orc Traits

Attribute Score Increase. Your Population score increases by 2 and your Economy score increases by 1.

Relentless Endurance. Once per battle, when one of your units drops to 0 hit points and breaks, you can choose to immediately drop the broken condition and have that unit regain 3 HP.

Untapped Wealth. Orcs choose two of the following resources: coal, jade, oil, salt, sulfur, and tin.

Warrior Culture. Orcs view war as a natural extension of the diplomatic process. When you make a major declaration of war on an NPC realm, you only take half stability damage.

Orc Units

Many orc units are incensed when faced with defeat. These units gain a +2 bonus to their attack rolls when they have less than full hit points.

Goblins

*Record Sheet: Goblins

Despite their size, goblins make for effective meat shields. When they break and scatter, they can glob on to a nearby goblin unit and reinforce their numbers.

Eyes of Gruumsh

*Record Sheet: Eyes of Gruumsh

The foot soldier of the orc army is a devoted follower of Gruumsh, hoping to one day pluck out an eye in devotion to the orc god.

Blades of Ilneval

*Record Sheet: Blades of Ilneval

The heavy infantry worship Ilneval, the orc god of strategy and war. Their sword work and superior strength make them devoted followers as they hack through their enemies.

Fangs of Shargaas

*Record Sheet: Fangs of Shargaas

The fangs worship Shargaas, the orc god of stealth and shadow. They use their poisoned arrows to attack at range while other orc units distract the enemy at melee range.

Claws of Luthic

*Record Sheet: Claws of Luthic

The claws of Luthic worship the matron goddess of orcs, riding huge war boars and swinging massive battleaxes.

Ogre Howdahs

*Record Sheet: Ogre Howdahs

A synergy between large and small, an ogre howdah has a small treehouse strapped on its back which is then filled with goblins wielding shortbows. This makes howdahs unique melee siege units that have a ranged attack as a literal backup.

Tanarukks

*Record Sheet: Tanarukks

Blessed by Baphomet, a tanarukk is a feral orc taken over by demonic enhancement. Orc tribes must keep tanarukks imprisoned to control their ferocity.
