Parry and Riposte

You have become adept at anticipating your opponents in melee combat. You gain the following benefits:

*When attacked by another creature with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to add your proficiency bonus to your AC to parry the attack. You must be holding a melee weapon or shield to use this ability. If you successfully parry the attack and it does not hit you, you can make an immediate counter-attack against the creature that attacked you.
