Prism of Greyhawk

(M): This crystal sorcerer’s tool was enchanted to enhance the prism’s ability to create dazzling colors. The prism can cast two spells, each once per day: color spray (as a 6th-level spell caster) and hypnotic pattern. Note that the prism must be used in the presence of direct sunlight. It cannot be used under moonlight, normal torchlight, or daylight on an overcast day.
