You can maintain your swarm state longer durations than most shardminds thanks to your psionic focus.

*Your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score increases by 1 to a maximum of 20.

*When you use your Shard Swarm ability, you can stay in the swarm form for up to a minute as long as you maintain concentration as though concentrating on a spell. While in this form you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed, can move through the spaces of other creatures and can pass through openings as narrow as an inch wide (though your equipment and items may not be able to follow you). While in this swarm form you gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage and have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks to move silently.

*You can end the form at any time by ending concentration.
