Creatures in the line must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or suffer 6d6 Force damage. Creatures who succeed on their saving throw take half damage. This ability can be used three times per long rest.

History

This shortsword was wielded by the Wandering Duke Isociol in the battle against the Queen of Chaos in the Age Before Ages.

Significance

A rare relic of the Wind Dukes, forged to fight the forces of destruction. It was used in the War between Law and Chaos, when the world was still being formed, and Chaos threatened to dominate the multiverse.
