Akat

The Akat is a type of tree unique to Hepmonaland. These trees are large and broad, with trunks like drums. Animals frequently make their homes within the hollow interiors of dead akat trees. The berry of an akat tree is red, tasty, and slightly poisonous to humans, especially in concert with alcoholic beverages.
