Blackmoor Bay

Blackmoor Bay is a corner of the Icy Sea is divided into a north and south bay by a thumb of land that juts into the cold waters. A vast pall of smoke drifts across the bay from the Burning Cliffs, drawn toward the Land of Black Ice, over the Tusking Strand in the north. This northern region provides sanctuary to a mix of tribes and selkie peoples.
