Dulsi

The Dulsi River is a broad and deep inlet of the Whyestil Lake, navigable to the fork of the Blackwater. It extends through the Howling Hills and into the Cold Marshes. Goods from the Wolf Nomads once came south on barges here, but Iuz’s powerful regional capital of Izlen chokes commerce to nothing.
