Monastery of the Toiling Lady

Slaves built the Monastery of the Toiling Lady three centuries ago after Suloise prospectors discovered silver deposits in the mountains. Seeking the blessing of Bralm to continue their good fortune, they funded the construction of a monastery in front of the mine entrance, as is customary for devotees of this goddess.
The mine was tapped out after a decade or so, and the investors departed with the monks and priests in tow, abandoning the monastery, the mines, and the miners, but not before a few slaves took revenge.
