Sulhaut Mountains

The Sulhaut Mountains separates the Dry Steppes from the ghastly Sea of Dust, running west from the Crystalmist-Hellfurnaces chain. A few reports of drow are heard in the eastern section of the range, where a tortuous system of passes is said to exist. One ancient pass connects the Dry Steppes to the Sea of Dust; it is rumored to have been a battlefield many times over during the great wars a millennium ago.
