Montalla

Montalla, is an old mining town that is heavily fortified to ward off raiders. Most of the inhabitants are miners, politicians, merchants and those that support those trades. Although laws are heavily enforced, the people in charge can easily be bought and convinced to look the other way. This often leads to corruption amoung the towns leaders, and many merchants have made a fortune on the backs of the working class.

The town often has to fight off raiders, as well as raids from other humanoids, such as Ogres, Trolls and even Giants.
