Half Orcs

While extinct, Orcs often exist only as villains in fairy tales for naughty children. Nobody knows why they disappeared, but it is believed that they were all slain or bred out. Outside of The Valikan Clans half orcs are a rare sight. In the frozen north, half orcs can gather freely and openly. The climate seems to suit them, and they will accept any being that can survive. The other climate they are suited to, is war.
In the rest of Etharis, half orcs are rare but can be found across the continent. The stereotypes of their ancestors and their intimidating appearance strike fear in other races. While they are rarely accepted or trusted, warriors of other races are always happy to stand side-by-side with a half orc.
