Matron

Matrons are the ruling and breeding caste within the A'Tren and within the Matronate. Matrons are revered and regarded as deities by all and hold absolute power within thier community and their Womb. When a matron dies, her eldest daughter is named her successor.
Matrons main function is to govern their Wombs and any families that fall under their womb. If an issue comes up they represent their womb to the Matriarch, who adjudicates all disputes that Matrons cannot.
